The goal of this campaign is to inform individuals about the various services and features provided by Oscar healthcare, such as different insurance plans, access to a care team, and virtual care options. In addition, we aim to highlight the ways in which Oscar distinguishes itself from its competitors in the healthcare industry.

Audience: Freelancers and gig workers, small businesses and startups, patients who want access to medical files digitally and who want the ability to message a doctor, young adults who don’t understand the healthcare system well, and lastly, older, retired adults who are no longer receiving health insurance through an employer


PROBLEM

As Oscar Health is not one of the more well-known health insurance companies, it is important to emphasize the ways in which it stands out from the competition and presents itself as a superior choice for consumers. Oscar Health should be positioned as a disruptor in the industry, with a focus on its transparency, availability, and use of technology to provide better care. Unlike some other health insurance companies, Oscar Health is always available to help customers get the care they need, offers flexible plans that can be tailored to meet individual needs, and incorporates technology in innovative ways to improve the healthcare experience. By highlighting these distinctive characteristics, Oscar Health can effectively differentiate itself from other health insurance companies and appeal to potential customers.

Concept

The ultimate goal of this campaign is to inspire our target audience to learn more about Oscar Health insurance and ultimately sign up for a plan. For those who are already Oscar Health customers, we aim to encourage them to make full use of the resources and services provided by their insurance plan, such as speaking with care coordinators, finding and scheduling appointments with doctors, and taking advantage of all the benefits offered. Our aim is to help both potential and current Oscar Health customers get the most value and care possible from their insurance plan.

Execution

For the implementation of this campaign, I want to emphasize the positive and appealing aspects of Oscar healthcare and the benefits it offers to its members, while also ensuring that the objectives outlined in the strategy brief are effectively incorporated. I envision these graphics being utilized in a variety of contexts, such as posters displayed at bus stops, magazine advertisements, and social media posts. I have also designed the graphics to align with and effectively represent the Oscar brand.
