September 2022 Campaign
Despite the fact that prices vary by division, this campaign continued to promote the opportunity for buyers to save up to $50,000 on their purchases. The headline for the campaign, "It's good to be home," emphasized the sense of belonging and stability that purchasing a home can provide.
Given the uncertain state of the housing market and fluctuations in APR, this campaign was designed to provide ongoing support and reassurance to potential buyers. By promoting the potential for significant savings and highlighting the emotional benefits of homeownership, we aimed to encourage and empower buyers to make the decision to purchase a home with Taylor Morrison.
